Expenses Form submission for coaches

Please use this page to submit expenses forms. One form should be submitted per session attended. Please submit all by the last Thursday of each month to allow time to make the required payments to your account.
Please also ensure Helen knows your bank details. If these need to be provided or change email Helen at – helen.kane@fauldhousepenguins.co.uk.

    Coaches Expenses

    Please use this form to submit expenses claims for coaching sessions. The form should be completed either after each session or you can submit all sessions at the end of the month. If submitting at month end please submit before the last Thursday of the month so payment can be arranged,
